Courtney's Bruschetta

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves of minced garlic, separated
- 1 fresh baguette, sliced thinly and painted lightly with olive oil
- fresh tomatoes, diced and well drained
- 2 tbsp. diced red onion
- Salt & Pepper
- fresh basil, cut into a thin chiffonade or sliced
- 2-3 Tbsp. of balsamic glaze
- Add one clove of garlic to the cream cheese. Add a dash of salt and cracked pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the drained tomatoes, the other clove of garlic and basil together.
- Add salt and pepper as needed.
- Toast the baguette slices at 400'F for 5-8 minutes until lightly toasted
- Spread slices with a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Top with tomato mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
